About the client
Hevvi is a Latvian logistics startup building a marketplace for heavy freight - connecting businesses that need to move cargo with vetted carriers across the Baltics.
The project
Most logistics platforms in the space look exactly how you'd expect - cluttered, outdated, built for operators not users. Booking a freight shipment usually means phone calls, email threads, and a week of back-and-forth before anything moves.
Hevvi wanted to fix that. The pitch was straightforward: sending 10 pallets across the city should feel like ordering a cab. Same speed and simplicity.
We took that seriously.
Instead of the classic form-heavy approach, we mapped the experience around three questions: What. Where. When. Every step was engineered to remove friction - from smart form hints and instant pricing to live tracking and one-tap reorder for returning users. The result felt closer to booking an Airbnb or a taxi ride than filing a freight request.
We also handled the full brand - naming, identity, and ongoing marketing materials.
